坚硬顶板柔模沿空留巷工艺与参数优化

摘要: 以马军峪煤业90111工作面运输巷柔模沿空留巷工程实践为背景,结合坚硬顶板沿空留巷的围岩稳定性及施工的特殊性,对工作面端头坚硬顶板的悬顶进行处理,优化柔模沿空留巷施工工艺,并对沿空留巷巷内、巷旁、端头及加强支护参数进行优化。现场实践表明:端头悬顶得到较好的处理,巷内各类支护及留巷工艺达到预期的现场效果,并取得很好的经济效益。

Abstract: Based on the engineering practice of the 90111 Transportation flexible template gob-side entry retaining,combined with the stability of the surrounding rock and the special process optimization of the hard roof. The hard roof of the top working face was suspended. To deal with the problem, optimize the construction process of the flexible template gob-side entry retaining and optimize the parameters of the roadway. The effect of practice is well. The various supporting and flexible template gob-side entry retaining achieve the desired results and achieve good economic benefits.
